Weekly programme of runs

Mondays – Evening runs. Meet in the square at 6.45pm for a variety of routes, distances and speeds.

Wednesdays- Afternoon runs- Meet in the square at  1.30pm .

Wednesday- Evening runs. As Monday, meet in the square at 6.45pm.

If you would like to give jogging a go, please come along. Just wear comfortable clothes for exercising in and a pair of supportive trainers. There will be a jog leader to accompany you and help you get started. Don’t worry about your speed- the jog leaders will walk /jog with you – there is no pressure! We are happy to go at your pace! Come and say hello to us in the square – we may look scary in our fluorescent gear (!) but we are a friendly bunch and you will be warmly welcomed. Just look for the jogleaders in the orange bibs. Come and get fitter for the summer!
