Due to popular demand and a number of requests, we are going to have an Intervals session at the Football Bowl instead of the usual runs this Monday night at 6.45pm (I know it’s short notice but we’ve got it covered).
Mike D will take you through a set of interesting exercises designed to increase your cardio-vascular strength which in turn will help improve your running capability. Come and give it a go – you never know, you might even enjoy it!
