Intervals on Monday 14th December 2015

Just a reminder that an intervals session will be held at the bowl football pitch in Muir of Ord on Monday 14th December. There will also be an alternative – a run around the village for our new runners (unless they’d rather participate in the intervals!). The bowl football pitch can be found behind the police station in Muir of Ord and car parking is available next to the pitch. See you there at 6.45pm!
