It’s hill reps on Monday 5th September!

Meet at the bowl football pitch at 6.45pm as usual and then have a go at some hill reps with the group. This will be suitable for all abilities as you can work at your own pace and exertion level, but there will also be a 3-4 mile run available. See you there!
