Welcome to the new Beginners Jogging Sessions starting on Monday 21st August 2017. This 10 week block of jogging sessions are suitable for those new to jogging and anyone returning after a break.

Once you have booked with me, we ask you to join jogscotland on their website at:
Click on the “Membership Form” button on the left hand side of the screen and complete the membership form. Once you receive a confirmation email from JogScotland we ask that you take a screenshot or a print out of this confirmation, and bring it on the first night of the programme.
