Birthday Celebrations!

On Saturday 25th August Alness Parkrun will be celebrating their first birthday and they’ve invited all members of Muir of Ord JogScotland to join them for a morning of running, fun and games.
The morning starts at 9am with some pre-run games then, after the run, everybody is invited to bring a flask and some food and stay on for a wee picnic.
 
So, let’s have a big turn out from everyone at #TeamMoO – don’t forget to wear your club top too!
