Wednesday 5th December AFTERNOON group

Wednesday AFTERNOON Group: As tomorrow is the first Wednesday of the month, the afternoon group will be running off road. The plan is to run at Clash Wood. We will meet in the station carpark as usual at 1.30pm sharp, then car share to the upper Clash Wood parking area on the distillery-Aultgowrie road. We will aim to be at the Clash Wood entrance at 1.40. NH 497509.

There will be a choice of different paced groups, including an easy-pace 5k gentle jog. Anyone who has not been out for a while is very welcome to join us.

We’ll be back in the Muir in time for school/nursery getting out.
