Lunchtime run 12:30 -1:30pm
Evening run 6:45 – 7:45pm
Daytime and evening sessions are currently not too busy, so the jog leaders are able to respond to everyone’s current running fitness.
As from this week we have a couple of members who are returning, who wish to start from a beginners runners level. We welcome others who wish to start with short jog:walk intervals – in an informal Couch to 5K programme.
