Reminder – Wednesday 8th September

We are going to be ‘on tour’ again tomorrow.

Three different meeting places

LUNCHTIME session at 12:30 – return to Monadh Mhor. Directions on post re 1st September

EVENING session at 18:45 –

C25K JOGGERS ONLY – meet at the recreation ground car/lorry park as for 1st September

ALL OTHERS WHO RUN WITH JON AND SARA – Meet at the Brahan Estate. Directions on map below. Find a track on the right which goes past the Brahan Caravan Site and leads to a car park by the trails in the woods. Post code for Sat Nav IV7 8EE


The forecast is for a cracker of a day, so we hope to see lots of you join us. I plan to go for a wee dook afterwards; anyone who wishes to join me bring your towel!
