Lunchtime session 12:30 – meet at our usual place in the railway station car park

Evening session 18:45 – C25K BEGINNERS and ALL OTHERS meet at the railway station car park

Sara and Jon will be running with their usual two groups.

Joolz and Sheila will take the C25K finishers, and those still to reach 30 minutes, for a run around and about the village.

Remember your high-viz and reflective clothing and bring a head torch.

We shall celebrate the end of the C25K programme in the traditional manner, that is with cake! This will give the new members a chance to meet our current runners.
