Monday evening sessions are resuming as from next week, Monday 11th April at 6:45pm.
We will be offering two small groups – one running about 5 miles (about 8km) and a shorter option of about 3-4 miles (5 – 7km). We will be flexible and respond to whoever turns up – we know some folks may be returning after not running regularly for a while.
I shall share which leaders will be leading the groups in the weekly information note, but the main leader for the longer small group will be our newly qualified new leader, Louise.
