Monday evening session 18:45 – meet in the railway station car park

Elaine will lead a group doing a ‘gentle 4 miles’ (6.5km) – with faster members welcome to run ‘out-and-back if they wish.

Joolz will take a group doing jog:walk intervals. This group is very suitable for anyone new to running or returning after a break.

Back to four groups for this week: covering about 3 miles, 4 miles, 5 miles, 6 miles

Joolz will take the ‘Jeffing’ group, that is running with a mixture of short jog:walk intervals. This group is very suitable for anyone new to running or returning after a break.

Lorraine will be leading a group running 4 miles (6.5 km)

Sara will take those who usually run about 5 miles (8km)

Jon will lead those aiming to go up to about 6 miles (10 km)
