  1. Hi there, just wondering what times your muir of ord group is on a Monday & Wednesday? I would love to join. I’m also a beginner, not jogged in years.

    Lisa 😊

    1. Hi Lisa,
We meet at 6.45pm on Monday and Wednesdays evenings in the railway station car park in Muir of Ord. There is also a Wednesday lunch time session which begins at 1.30pm from the station car park. We are a friendly bunch and will make sure that you are welcomed. We have groups at differing paces and distances so beginners are always very welcome. To become a member of jogscotland you can complete an online application form from the link on our website or from Join Jogscotland . Come along and look out for one of our leaders in orange hi-vis bibs.
Look forward to seeing you soon! Claire
