Sorry for the late notice but we have taken the decision to cancel tonight’s run due to the risk of icy pavements. See you all back on Monday!

The Couch to 5k group will meet at the bowl football pitch at 6.45pm for week 2 of their schedule. Other joggers- please met at the railway station car park at 6.45pm. A hill reps session has been planned with an alternative run available too.

It looks fairly reasonable for tonight’s sessions. There are a few pockets of ice in some places but we should manage a careful jog. Broomhill looks suitable for hill reps for those who want them. See you all at 6.45pm in the railway station car park!
