Winter routes

When there is less light available, we make good use of the streets around the village to cover a wide range of distances. The routes are varied and we ensure that everyone is catered for. There are also lots of opportunities for interval training using the hills around the village! Hi – viz clothing must be worn in the darker evenings to ensure that we can be seen. We have a few that can be borrowed from one of the jogleaders before a session. A small torch that can be carried easily may be a good idea too!
