Monday 17th and Wednesday 19th April

Monday evening session 18:45 – meet in the railway station car park

Elaine will lead a group doing a ‘gentle 4 miles’ (6.5km) – with faster members welcome to run ‘out-and-back if they wish.

Sheila will take a group doing jog:walk intervals.

**We have a new member starting this Monday who is new to running. This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone else who is a COMPLETE BEGINNER to join us. Or for anyone who is returning after a long break to ease back into running.**

PLEASE COMMENT BELOW – BEFORE 3PM ON MONDAY – IF YOU PLAN TO JOIN US ON MONDAY EVENING.

Wednesday evening session 18:45 – meet at the railway station car park.

There will be the usual four groups running different paces and covering about 3 miles / 4 miles / 5 miles / 5+ miles.

Joolz will take the ‘Jeffing’ group, that is running with a mixture of short jog:walk intervals. This group is very suitable for anyone new
to running or returning after a break.

Sheila will be leading a group running 4 miles (7km)

Louise will lead the group running about 5 miles. (8 km)

Jon will take the group who aim to run about 6 miles (10km)
